So then we get into the gelato here.  Now that we have the why let’s talk about the – how the hell do you make this stuff?  How do you get that wonderful deep cherry flavor that tastes like summer on a spoon

So then a thing about why roast the cherries.  With run or bourbon or cherry liquor.  Just blast the f out of them – pit those things, hit it with an emersion blender, reduce and done.
